1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Attorney ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Attorney is an AI-powered legal document generation platform that assists users in creating legal documents across 107+ jurisdictions. The Service uses advanced AI technology, including CrossCheck™ multi-AI verification, to help users draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and organize case information.

Important Disclaimer: AI Attorney is a technology tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. The Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. Documents generated should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before use.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

AI Attorney offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and document limits:

  • Single Document ($29/month): 1 document, 1 user
  • Professional ($99/month): 5 documents, 1 user, $15/additional document
  • Business & Firms ($250/month): 20 documents, 5 users, $10/additional document
  • Premium Unlimited ($997/month): Unlimited documents, 10 users

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Overage charges (Professional and Business plans) are billed at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service except through our official API
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to generate documents for fraudulent purposes
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Attorney and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of documents you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected
  • Documents generated will be legally sufficient for your specific needs

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI ATTORNEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or transmitted through the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Attorney, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AI Attorney is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
